What is Pad-Pro made of?

Pad-Pro is made from high-quality polyethylene plastic with a 50-year lifespan, designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions.

How heavy is each Pad-Pro piece?

Each modular piece weighs approximately 25kg, making it easy to handle, transport, and install without heavy equipment.

What sizes does Pad-Pro come in?

Pad-Pro is available in all Poly and liner based tank sizes. You simply need to provide us with the make, model and diameter of you tank and we will have a Pad-Pro to suit you.

What materials are required for installation?

Sand and gravel are required for effective installation of the Pad-Pro. The amount will depend on the size of the Pad-Pro you require. For example a 10.5m tank: approx. 19 tonnes of sand and 18 tonnes of gravel. For a 12m tank: approx. 23.5 tonnes of sand and 20 tonnes of gravel.

How is Pad-Pro installed?

Simply lay the Pad-Pro pieces on a compact level pad, bolt them together using the provided, fill with sand inside and gravel outside — then build your tank on top.

Do I need to bring machinery back after tank construction?

No, that’s one of Pad-Pro’s biggest benefits. Once installed, there is no need to bring back machinery, saving time and cost.
