Shipping policy

Pad Pro ensures your product is delivered securely and in optimal condition. All products are packed to prevent damage and are shipped to the delivery address provided by you during the ordering process.

Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly outlined on the invoice issued to you and form part of the total purchase price. The delivery method and estimated timeline will be communicated upon order confirmation. Any delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or transport disruptions, will be communicated promptly.

Once the product is delivered to your nominated address, you assume all risk of damage or loss, except where caused by the negligence of Pad Pro or our authorised personnel. Ownership (title) of the product transfers to you only when full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

In rare cases where shipping damage occurs, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue efficiently.
