Returns and Refund Policy
At Pad Pro, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the agreed specifications. If any product is found to be non-conforming upon delivery, we will either repair or replace the product at our own expense, or provide a full refund. Additionally, any product found defective within 12 months of delivery is eligible for return under our warranty policy, which may result in repair, replacement, or rectification at Pad Pro’s discretion.
To initiate a return or replacement, the buyer must notify us of the defect within the 12-month warranty period. However, returns will not be accepted if the product has been modified, altered, or repaired by the buyer, or if the installation was not carried out in accordance with Pad Pro’s installation guidelines.
Refunds are issued for products that do not meet delivery standards as outlined, if a repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time, or in the case of a major failure as defined by Australian Consumer Law. Refund timing is determined at Pad Pro’s discretion.
Please note, no refund will be granted if the product fails due to incorrect installation by the buyer or due to environmental or external factors. Failure to follow proper site preparation, compaction, drainage, or documentation guidelines may also void refund eligibility.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for major product failures. If the issue is not considered a major failure, we will offer a timely repair or replacement. Should this not be possible, a full refund will be provided.
